David Kramer is the President of Hudson Companies, Inc., one of New York City’s leading residential developers with over 6,400 completed units across the five boroughs. He joined Hudson in 1995 and has led many of the firm’s most significant projects, including the world’s largest Passive House building at Cornell Tech and the Riverwalk neighborhood on Roosevelt Island.

Prior to Hudson, Kramer developed affordable housing as Housing Director of Venice Community Housing Corporation in Los Angeles and as a Project Manager at Skid Row Housing Trust. He holds a B.A. from Yale University.
