John Leguizamo is an award-winning Colombian-American actor, comedian, playwright, and producer. He has appeared in over 100 films and is widely recognized for his groundbreaking one-man Broadway shows, including Latin History for Morons, for which he received a Special Tony Award in 2018.

A longtime New York City resident with roots in Queens, Leguizamo began his career on the experimental theater stages of the East Village and has been a leading voice for Latino representation in the arts and entertainment industry.
